Adam B. Cohen

Adam has variously played lawyer, consultant, investment banker, and entrepreneur. Adam graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 and from Georgetown University Law School in 1997. Prior to his Wall Street career, Adam worked for Lieutenant General Charles Dyke on various aerospace and defense consulting projects. As a corporate finance attorney with Latham & Watkins and as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, he worked for banks, investors, and issuers on dozens of debt and equity offerings. His larger aerospace and technology financing projects included capital raising and M&A for American Mobile Satellite Corp, Asia Global Crossing, China Unicom, and XM Satellite Radio.

Adam later founded Covenant Review as the world's first boutique research and data firm focused on corporate bond and loan contracts. He then founded Fulcrum Financial Data, which is the holding company for four companies including Covenant Review, CapitalStructure, LevFinInsights, and PacerMonitor.  During his tenure, the company brought in private equity financing, made two acquisitions, and grew to approximately 80 staff in the USA and Europe. Fulcrum Financial became a subsidiary of Fitch Group (a unit of Hearst)­ in July 2018.

Adam's research and advice has been used by thousands on the buyside and sellside of Wall Street. He enjoys an extensive network of contacts at fund management companies, banks, and law firms. Adam is also a Virgin Galactic ticket holder.
